Your OS didn’t down grade. You are still running Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional, but Windows Mobile has different versions for different parts of the world and that is the version number you are looking at in software information. Look in “about view copyright information” and you will see what I am talking about.

dont spoil ur phone by cooking all new roms, having some or other problems, stick to original rom, install cheditor and enjoy the new look.

the best phone ever,i am using it for the past 1 year never had any problem, very easy to handle, highly responsive screen,multi tasking, accurate gps(mapking, garmin),ms word,editor, powerpoint,can share pictures online at the touch of ur finger... damm its sooo convenient.. but boring using the same phone for 1 year so i tried nokia n8.. its nothing but camera.. i phone .. nothing but screen resolution,(its for frogs in the well, scared to explore, black berry .. (only push mail and bb messenger),
after trying all these silly phone i decided to stick to my htc hd2 ,the best phone
its a challenge , using htc hd2,then try any other phone,i bet u will come back to this....

Another prob here.....:)
Installed S2U Application [Slide To Unlock] through Omarket, Its bit complicated in settings side, so i removed it. Now the default lock for the device is not coming up when when i turn off the screen manually, every time i have to go to start and Lock the same. It was not like this before. It will lock the screen automatically in few mins or will lock screen if i turn off the display :-( Dng something and getting messed up by the end :-)
Bro u Knw the settings to revert it?

Downgraded the OS version and not ROM...not sure if both r interrelated...I have OS version as 6.x befre and now after a took it to HTC center , thy did something and nw the OS version is 5.2.21913(21913.5.0.94).
**Another thing is...All the video and Audio files that i have in my phone are getting displayed in Album tab in home screen itself.It also downloads all the Profile pics of each and everyone in my contact list in fb and all such social communities..Not sure if its through browser or trough Nimbuzz i have installed.
**The Album even brings in the personal videos i have in my phone to the front album tab, which makes me bit confused, there can be settings for all thses, but am not sure bro...:)

Never get a phone like that ; need help for using it.
The rom version in it is 1.66 this night i think to update it to 3.14 from htc site.
Please need some application and from where to have them.

And also another thing i noticed is the Marketplace Application is nt working fter i downgraded to WM OS 5.x... :-) Its trying to launch through browser now, which doest gve sense to me :0 may be my bad!!!
